Q: What are your postage costs?
A: Any UK order above £2.50 is free. Click here for further information.
Q: Is your check-out secure?
A: Yes! All credit card transactions are done on the secure servers of PayPal.
Q: Can I pay by credit or debit card if I don't have a PayPal account?
A: Yes! UK and International customers can checkout using PayPal and make a one off payment with their credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account. You can also opt to pay by cheque if you wish.
Q: What's a collectible?
A: Not only do we stock the funkiest designs around, we also carry some collectible stock too. Collectibles are second hand badges that offer a great retro alternative to our designs.
Q: How fast do you deliver?
A: We aim to get all orders out of the door within 5 working days. However, larger orders may take longer. We send all orders by first class Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
Q: What's a Gift Message?
A: Sending a badge through the post to a friend is a great alternative to a card for any occasion and just as cheap! All our badges, fridge magnets and keyrings are mounted on a Badge Planet Card and you can add a personal gift message to the card for this very reason.
